What if the client stops responding?

Most clients will respond quickly, but there may be some clients who become slow in response during a project or non-responsive in extreme cases. The best way to handle situations like these is to send the client a polite reminder message. Often clients do not intentionally ignore it, but are occupied with something. 📩

If you have completed the work required for the project, you can send them another final reminder after a few days to say that the work has been done and this is a final reminder for the client before you send Readymade Work support a request to release the payments. If the client does not respond still (which is unlikely) you can press the request to release payment button. Be sure to upload all the required files for the project before you do so. This should only be done as a final resort after you have tried everything possible to get in touch with the client. 💼
