Projects can be done in multiple ways.
Asset Customization Request
Browse through our collection of creative assets and select the one you’d like to customize. You should see a yellow “customize” button on the assets that are available for customization.
- Once you’ve found the asset, click on the “Customize” button to send a customization request to the creator.
- Describe your customization needs in detail, including any specific changes or modifications you require.
- Use the project environment to communicate and discuss the project details and cost for customization.
- Creative will give you a quote that you can secure once you agree.
- Once the customization is complete, review the changes and approve the final version if you’re satisfied.
- Mark the customization project as ‘complete’ to release payment to the creator.
Service Request projects
If you’re looking to purchase a service from one of our talented creators, here’s how you can get started
- Browse through our diverse range of creative services and find the one that best suits your project needs. Click on the service you’d like to purchase and click “Inquire”. Enter any relevant project details to ensure the creator understands your needs.
- Use the project environment to communicate and discuss the project details and cost for the service.
- Creative will give you a quote that you can secure once you agree. Your project will start.
- Keep track of the progress of your project and communicate with the creator to ensure everything is on track. Once the service is complete, review the final delivery from the creator and provide feedback.
- Mark the project as “complete” to release payment to the creator and finalize the project.
Custom Creative projects
For more complex projects or custom creative work, consider hiring a pro or “Find a Creative” option to bring your vision to life.
- Browse through our list of experienced professionals and find the one that best matches your project requirements by clicking “Hire a Pro”. Once you find an interesting creative click on the “Hire” button on the creator’s profile page to initiate contact and discuss your project.
- Clearly outline your project requirements and objectives to the creator, and discuss any specific preferences or ideas you have in mind.
- Creative will give you a quote that you can secure once you agree. Your project will start.
- Work closely with the pro throughout the project to ensure your vision is realized. Communicate openly and provide feedback as needed. Review the final deliverables from the pro and approve the project once you’re satisfied with the results.
- Mark the project as complete to release payment to the creator and finalize the project.
