- Fraud: Example: We do not allow jobs asking creators to complete homework, write academic essays, or take tests for students.
- Illegal or Regulated Activities: Any job promoting illegal services, hacking, or the sale of regulated goods is strictly prohibited.
- Adult or Explicit Content: We do not accept jobs involving pornography, sexually explicit content, or extreme violence.
- Disintermediation / Fee Circumvention: Jobs created solely to recruit talent to work or communicate outside of the Readymade Work platform.
- Spam & Deceptive Practices: Jobs asking for fake reviews, misleading marketing tactics, or pyramid schemes.
- Hate Speech & Harassment: Content that promotes discrimination, hate speech, or harassment against any individual or group.
- Free Work & Speculative Work: We do not allow jobs asking creators to provide free custom samples or do “spec work” to prove their skills before being hired. Buyers should judge talent based on portfolios, reviews, and paid test projects.
- Malicious AI & Deepfakes: Jobs requesting the creation of non-consensual deepfakes, manipulated media to spread misinformation, or AI voice clones of real people without explicit permission are strictly prohibited.
- Copyright Infringement & Plagiarism: Jobs asking creators to directly copy a competitor’s design, remove watermarks, or crack software/bypass paywalls are not allowed.
- Insecure Credential Sharing: Jobs asking for sensitive personal information (like credit card details, government IDs, or raw passwords) inside the job post or initial chat are prohibited.
- Review Manipulation: We do not allow jobs asking creators to post fake reviews on third-party sites like Google, Yelp, or Amazon.
