Our efforts require hard work, and we charge fees to ensure efficiency and success for all users. Bringing clients to the platform and creating connections takes effort. If a user takes a client off the platform to avoid fees, it undermines our work and makes sustaining the platform difficult. Therefore, such actions will result in suspension or permanent ban. Examples of Eschewing actions:
- Accepting payments off-site
- Soliciting invoice payments outside the platform
- Taking client inquiries off-site
- Conducting custom work payments off-site
- A client inquiring about an asset of a user is taken off site by the user.
- A client inquiring about custom work from a user is taken off site for payment by the user
Such actions and its kind are a breach of our Terms of Service and compromises the trust and fairness that our community relies upon, and is taken seriously. If such violation occurs Readymade Work may :-
– Suspend the user’s account.
– Bann the user’s account.
– Ask user to explain their action.
– Add strikes to your account.
The Eschewing Policy comes into effect from the time a creative is connected to a client for the period of 24 months.
