Ownership 🛡️
Ensure you have complete ownership of the creative asset you’re looking to sell. Blatant copyright infringement will be dealt with strictly. Keep the community safe and your profile valuable by uploading work that belongs to you.
Proper Files 📂
Upload proper editable files that customers can use themselves. In most cases, they may ask you to customize the creative asset, which is an opportunity for you to build rapport, get more work for yourself, and improve your portfolio stats. It all adds up.
Abusing Uploads ❌
- ❌ Do not upload the same asset with different names and display pictures. Abusing the system in this way may result in suspension and warning. Repeated action may result in permanent ban.
- ❌ Do not upload an asset that you already sold exclusively. This may be considered a copyright/licensing violation. If you feel your asset can be sold multiple times, upload it as a non-exclusive asset from the get-go. Your account may result in suspension or ban if you’re found to be doing that.
- ❌ Do not sell the same creative asset elsewhere. Any asset you upload to sell (exclusively or non-exclusively) should not be on sale on any other online or offline creative/non-creative venues. If you need to sell it elsewhere, keep it there only.
- ❌ Do not sell what you bought. If you’re a creative yourself and end up buying an asset (exclusive or non-exclusive) for your project from another creative user, do not put that asset on sale as your own. It violates the terms and conditions of the purchase as you can use that asset for your project but cannot sell it to any other party.
- ❌ Do not try to sell a purchased asset by slightly altering its appearance. If found doing that, it may result in suspension of your account or permanent ban.
Inappropriate Uploads 🚫
Be polite with your visual language too. Do not post any offensive, hateful, discriminatory, explicit, or any other forms of inappropriate content/assets/services.
Respect Privacy 🤝
Do not violate or breach an agreement/NDA that you agreed to. This may result in a ban or suspension.
Stock Declaration 📷
While using stock images is not prohibited but is required to be declared to the client or on your asset description.
