What is Exclusive Asset?
Exclusive digital asset means the asset will be sold once to only one Customer or Business Entity with exclusive rights. Upon the sale of such an asset, the asset will be marked sold and will not be available for sale. The prices for such exclusive assets are generally higher than a non-exclusive digital asset. So be sure to price it right. Examples: A unique logo, a unique illustration, a unique photo, etc.
What is Non-Exclusive asset?
A Non-Exclusive digital asset means the asset will be available for sale to multiple customers and business entities with non-exclusive rights. Non-exclusive downloads can generate recurring income as the same asset can be sold multiple times. The price range for non-exclusive assets is generally low as it is sold to multiple customers. So be sure to price it accordingly. Examples: A generic logo, PowerPoint template, theme, UI kit, a 3D asset, an animation, etc.
What is Free asset?
Feeling generous!!… You can also upload a free asset to offer your audience. Free assets often generate interest in your profile, add more clicks to your profile, and may add ‘likes’ and connections to your profile. It gives a boost to your work. So feel free to do so if you have something to share. Free assets can be offered under the Creative Commons license. Be sure to include that in your upload if you have any terms.
